Last night we were playing the game 'Would You Rather?' with the kids. Chloe was asked if she would rather be really pretty or really smart. Without any hesitation at all, her reply was, "really pretty."
We really don't pray enough for her teen years.

I remember them taking a poll in 7th grade science and I was the only girl in the class who answered smart. I didn't figure I had to look ugly and smart. Just average and smart. The pretty girls would still get old. I couldn't understand why no one else chose smart.
Because they weren't.
